Do
- Firstly put fresh fruits and vegetables on half of your plate. Foods high in antioxidants are essential.
- Secondly, increase your intake of whole foods.
- Thirdly drink 1-2 cups of whole milk or full-fat dairy products each day.
- Eat more unsaturated fats and avoid trans fats.
- Include fish, chicken, turkey, and pig in your diet to get enough protein, zinc, and iron.
Don’t:
- Consume too much gluten, as it stimulates inflammatory responses in the body.
- Trans fats should be avoided.

- Quinoa is high in protein, zinc, and folic acid.
- Iron, vitamin B-12, selenium, and zinc are all found in oysters.
