Egg Donate Requirements
Women between the ages of 18 and 32
You are a non-smoker.
There will be no alcohol or drug abuse or addiction.
You know your Medical and genetic histories of family members up to biological grandparents (even with adoption the applicant must know this information)
You are unable to use birth control. Implanon/Nexplanon or Depo-Provera
BMI (Body Mass Index)
You must be willing to inject drugs (very small subcutaneous needles)
